Support Nancy Grant - Unjustly Sentenced for Unlicensed Practice of Law

Sept 2007 AVNetnews - Nancy Grant was sentenced for 28 counts of third degree felony unlicensed practice of law. She was given approximately a $33,000 fine and 15 years probation. The legal community and constitution watchers such as Jail for Judges, which Nancy is Florida's Jail for Judges chief Jailer are abhorred by such legal actions, since Nancy has been actively seeking relief for throw aways in our legal system.

DESOTO COUNTY BUDGET SHORTFALLFOR $33,841.00:

Based upon our review, we found the Clerk’s budgeting practices and expendituremethodologies for State funds to be efficient and accurate. Also, we concluded the Desoto County Clerk’s Office is currently able to report on all required performance standards.However, we noted that during FY 05-06, the Desoto County Clerk’s Office is not compliant with the surplus remittance directives described in Section 28.37(2), F.S.

Recommendation:

The Clerk should closely adhere to and follow all surplus remittance requirements as directed by Section 28.37(2), F.S. Our review concluded that $33,841 should be remitted to the Clerks of the Court Trust Fund to ensure complia nce with the one-third remittance requirements as described by Florida Statutes. EAST ST. LOUIS -- Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation is expected to close the Level II Trauma Center at Kenneth Hall Regional Hospital at the start of the day today.

In an effort to prevent the trauma center from closing, East St. Louis Mayor Alvin Parks Jr. led a protest rally of about 35 who braved the frigid temperatures Thursday and the steadily falling snow.

Parks said no one had given the foundation permission to close the center. But foundation spokeswoman Ronda Sauget provided a letter from the Illinois Department of Public Health that grants permission to close the center." Read more.

Four more American-registered drug planes have been seized from the 50-plane fleet of drug running aircraft amassed by Mexico’s Sinaloa Cartel, according to documents filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The Republican connection begins with the statement in court filings that the money to purchase the planes was laundered through a bank which is almost invariably described as “fast-growing” in admiring business news articles.

The drug money was wired, usually from Mexico, to an account at Commerce Bank in Miami, whose Chairman, Dennis Nixon, is the South Texas Co-chair of John McCain’s campaign.

Nixon was also a Bush Pioneer and Ranger in George W. Bush’s two Presidential campaigns, raising $300,000 in one night for Bush’s re-election bid in Texas border town Laredo.

High-profile Texas businessman Dennis Nixon's bank is even in one of the sales involved on both ends. Money was wired from Mexico, first to an account at Commerce Bank in Miami, then on to International Bank of Commerce (IBC) in Oklahoma to complete the sale.

Dennis Nixon's International Bancshares of San Antonio owns both banks.

For over ten years Ed and Elaine Brown have asked the IRS over and over again, what law makes them liable for the income tax? In response to their repeated question on the issue instead of simply answering the Browns. The IRS in collusion with government decided to try and ¡!force-them-to-voluntarily-comply¡! with the criminal activities of the IRS; this resulted in a standoff that lasted many months.

Fortunately no one was killed in the standoff, but Ed and Elaine Brown were eventually arrested by Federal agents who pretended to be supporters. Ed and Elaine Brown are now political prisoners as well are four supporters (the freedom four) whom courageously stood with them during the standoff.

The Government still refuses to answer the people’s questions on the legality of the income tax, and expects you to pay the tax at the barrel of a gun, without revealing a law that makes you liable to pay. Because of the courageous example of people like Ed and Elaine Brown, many people all across America and the world have unanimously decided to peacefully resist the unlawful activities perpetuated by their governments.

Irwin Schiff one of the founders of the Truth in Taxation movement and current political prisoner once said that there are two types of people that pay the income tax, those who are either ignorant of the law, or fearful of the government.

I would encourage you all to watch Aaron Russo's movie, “America: From Freedom to Fascism” this will eliminate the ignorance equation in the aforesaid example, and then you will be forced to choose. Pay the Income tax out of fear, or choose the path of resistance that best suits you, whatever you do, do so knowingly, let us all step out of the fog, and into the light, by doing what we know to be inherently right.

The topic was a minor part of the interview, and he didn't have time to present much of a case, but fascinating questions were raised. How else would American slaves have gained their freedom if the Civil War hadn't forced the issue? How could important social reforms of any kind be achieved against stubborn opposition?

Most Americans know only about the four main anti-slavery strategies pursued in the United States: (1) abolitionist campaigns that involved publications and speaking tours, organized by William Lloyd Garrison and others; (2) slave rebellions, like the one incited by Nat Turner; (3) the Underground Railroad, in which runaway slaves like Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass, supported by Quakers and others, helped many more slaves escape to freedom; (4) and war which became the most important strategy because of its disastrous short-term and long-term consequences.

Nuclear proliferation cannot be controlled now that Israel is selling US nuclear secrets

Hamid Mir - A former American CIA agent and nuclear expert David Dastych has claimed that main nuclear arsenals of Pakistan, India, Britain, France, the USA, Russia and China are safe but nuclear proliferation could not be controlled now because it has completely slipped out of control.

He said some corrupt officials of the US defence and state departments were involved in the theft of US nuclear secrets which were sold to many countries including Israel and Pakistan.

In an exclusive interview with Hamid Mir, he said questioning Pakistani scientist Dr A Q Khan is not of any high value now. He said Russian-made small neutron bombs are a real threat to world peace. David Dastych (66) was recruited to Polish intelligence in 1961. He joined CIA in 1973 and became a double agent. He served in the USA, Europe, Vietnam, and China and in other countries. He was arrested by Polish counterintelligence in 1987 on charges of espionage for American and Japanese secret services. He was released from prison in 1990, after the fall of communist regime in Poland.

In the following years he worked for several western intelligence services for the monitoring of illegal nuclear trade. He survived two assassination attempts. His son died mysteriously [in poland, after returning from] in the UK in 1996. He is living in Poland these days and writing for some local and international magazines. Internet Cables Cut–Prelude to War or Simply A Warning?

A single undersea fiber-optic cable carrying internet traffic accidentally being cut once in a year’s time is believable. 5 of them however within the span of only a few days resulting in most of the Middle East being left in the informational dark ages cannot be mere happenstance. The odds are too extreme to even contemplate it being anything but a deliberate act of sabotage, and particularly when Israel and US-occupied Iraq happen to be unaffected by it.

As of the moment of this writing, 5 internet cables–buried deep beneath the ocean floor to prevent them being accidentally dredged up by a ships’ anchor–have been cut, preventing most of the Middle East from internet access. The cables provide 90% of the region’s internet service and the countries affected most by this are Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Iran. They have since re-routed to older, slower lines and satellites, but overall internet service is slow and in some cases–particularly Iran, there is no internet service whatsoever.

Why does he send the continent into a state of social and political chaos? The reason is not a selfish one. It is not for revenge, or hate, or sadistic pleasure. He believes that only a drastic shock to the system will effect the changes that are required. Treating the disease early will help insure quality of life and survival in the future. The disease was the federal government and everybody knew it, but nobody could do anything about it—until now.

Readers enjoy the humorous, easy reading style of the book, but in the end their confidence in the system, both industrial and governmental, is thoroughly shaken. Eventually, the grid will come under attack, and the book illustrates the ease with which it can be accomplished, while little can be done to prevent it. Neo skillfully promotes the premise that the government of the United States of America would not be capable of preventing this major attack on its own soil if it was drawn a picture, given a map, and told the exact date and time of its occurrence.

Danny Thompson had to shut CleanFlicks down last year. Hollywood had finally taken the little guy out. And Danny, bless his Christian soul, was doing it -- cleaning all the naughty bits out of the movies he rented to online customers and real-world folks in and around Orem, Utah -- for the kids. He said the following about court actions against his business in 2006: "I think it's ridiculous that you can't watch a movie without seeing sex, nudity or extreme violence. I don't understand why they're trying to keep that in there."

Police in Orem believe Thompson and one of CleanFlicks's top MySpace buddies, Isaac Lifferth, were also doing it with some kids. Thompson and Lifferth have been arrested for unlawful sexual activity with underage teen girls.

If every supporter of Ron Paul would write the following message to his/her local newspaper in a letter to the editor and be prepared to file a ‘lawsuit’ in small claims court for their violation of the contract stated on the newspapers ‘editorial’ page this would go a long way towards stopping the media censorship of Ron Paul and maybe he might get our message to more Americans. It does make a difference between thief R or thief D!

I am going to file a lawsuit in small claims court for breach of contract with the editor of my local newspaper for Censorship. First for his not printing my guest Opinions and also my Letters to the Editor and secondly for censoring Ron Paul’s presidential campaign.

I will place my lawsuit on my Blog for one and all to read and maybe as a guide! Only if you care enough to get your freedom back!

Can you imagine if over 100 fellow Americans did the same thing to their local editors, to start with!
